1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IT Upgrading's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

IT Upgrading provides professional IT services including but not limited to:

  • • Cybersecurity solutions

  • • Mobile device management
  • • IT infrastructure optimization
  • • VoIP phone system installation
  • • CCTV and security system setup

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.

Important

Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to service interruption until payment is received.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical issues.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

IT Upgrading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of IT Upgrading. Clients retain ownership of their data and information.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of acceptable use policies. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
